Great to work with! Always helpful and very knowledgeable. As first time home buyers the process can be scary, but Salvatore was great! He walked us through the process step by step and answered all of our questions as big or as little they may have been. He kept constant communication with us and always responded quickly. We would really recommend him! We were able to obtain our 1st home with no issues at all! Since day 1 of our consultation to the day of closing. Mr. Zamarripa (Salvatore). Was very knowledgeable when it came to purchasing my first home. He was beyond helpful from start to finish. Was detailed oriented when it came to the pre-approval process answered all my questions, was responsive from numerous phone calls and emails. He follow through each time my loan needed documents and additional information, I would definetly recommend him to my friends and family as an experienced, caring Real Estate Agent. He advised accordingly and was not just looking to make a sale.

Being a first time home buyer I questioned everything and EVERYONE making sure I did my best to be informed about decisions me and my wife made, Salvatore really was as honest and informative as a nervous first time buyer would hope. I always received call backs and never felt uncomfortable asking "stupid" questions, in the end he saved me money and I was able to come to the table with minimal money and a fair rate, I couldn't be happier!
